About the Position

As a Junior Project Manager at TMC, you will work with complex opto-mechanical systems for the world's most advanced high-tech clients and grow in the field of project management.
Responsibilities
- Guide client projects from the quotation and order phase to production and delivery.
- Monitor and realize, together with clients and internal stakeholders, the agreed Quality, Logistics, Technology & Costs (QLTC) objectives.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across production, supply chain, quality, and engineering.
- Manage planning, risks, changes, and client expectations throughout the project cycle.
- Help resolve operational and technical challenges and drive successful project execution.
- Grow toward taking on more responsibility and larger projects with guidance from experienced project managers.
Requirements
- Completed an HBO or WO education with a technical background, such as Mechanical Engineering (WTB), Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- 2 to 3 years of work experience, for example as an engineer or manufacturing engineer in a high-tech environment.
- Affinity for production processes and operational project execution.
- Effective communication skills and ability to connect stakeholders efficiently.
- Pragmatic, hands-on, and results-oriented.
- Strong command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Dutch is a requirement.

- A permanent employment contract with a gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,600, depending on experience.
