About the Opportunity

We are looking to incorporate a Junior Project Manager to join our Real Estate team. You will participate in national and international projects with high technical demands. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of solutions that address real challenges on a global scale, working alongside specialized teams.

Responsibilities

Provide support to the Project Manager in the coordination and monitoring of projects.
Control and monitor project costs, identifying possible deviations and proposing corrective actions.
Update and monitor project planning, ensuring the achievement of milestones and deadlines.
Prepare monitoring reports and consolidate information for decision-making.
Coordinate the collection and management of technical, contractual, and financial project documentation.
Monitor actions, risks, and incidents, ensuring their correct resolution.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the efficient progress of projects.
Participate in project meetings, drafting minutes, and following up on commitments made.

Requirements

Education: Titulado Universitario Superior (architecture, Civil or Industrial Engineering).
Skills: High proficiency in Excel.
Experience: Professional experience between 1 to 3 years.
Language: English level B2 desirable.
Availability: Willingness to live or relocate to Tarragona.
