We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join Diehl Defence and learn and apply project management skills in various programs and projects.

Responsibilities

Learn project management and the processes of Diehl Defence in collaboration with the "Inhouse Consulting" department and one of our product areas, to apply this knowledge in various programs or projects.
Take on various roles and learn the procedures and standards of Diehl Defence in project management in detail, supporting the product manager.
Your methodical and human knowledge will support you in your tasks. The necessary methodological competence will be provided through targeted qualification measures. Additionally, you will support your team of other Junior Project Managers in the implementation of their transfer projects by applying our project management standards.
After completing the qualification measure, you will be deployed as a Project Manager in one of our product areas.

Your completed studies in an engineering/technical field form the ideal prerequisite.
You already have initial professional experience (1-2 years) in project management and in conducting and moderating workshops.
You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working, an analytical mindset, and a solution-oriented and decisive approach, and you can act very well as a team player.
Your open, empathetic nature and your effective communication skills – also in English – can be used advantageously in collaboration with colleagues.
