About the Position

Junior Projektleiter (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join Diehl Defence and learn project management and processes to support various programs and projects.

Responsibilities

• Learn project management and processes by working with the "Inhouse Consulting" department and one of our product areas.
• Take on various roles and get to know Diehl Defence's project management procedures and standards in detail.
• Support the product manager (m/w/d) with your methodical and human knowledge.
• Receive method competence through targeted qualification measures and support your team of Junior Project Managers in implementing their transfer projects by applying our project management standards.
• After completing the qualification measure, you will be deployed as a Project Manager (m/w/d) in one of our product areas.

Requirements

• Completed studies in engineering / technical field.
• Initial professional experience (1-2 years) in project management and conducting and moderating workshops.
• Structured and independent working style, analytical thinking, solution-oriented and decision-making approach.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Open, empathetic nature and effective communication skills, including in English.
