Your Impact

Als Junior Projektmanager Digitale Transformation (m/w/d) begleitest Du unsere Kund:innen durch Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekte und gestaltest mit technologie- und umsetzungsorientierten Lösungen die Zukunftsfähigkeit unserer Kunden im öffentlichen und privaten Sektor.

• Projects: Eigenständig übernimmst du als Projektmanager:in (Teil-)Projekte vom Entwurf über die Entwicklung bis zur produktiven Nutzung, inklusive der Steuerung von Projektzyklen und Budgets.
• Communication: Unter operativen und datenschutzrechtlichen Aspekten begleitest du das Kommunikations- und Stakeholdermanagement federführend.
• Daily Business: Operative Angelegenheiten, wie z. B. die Meilensteinplanung, Berichterstellung, Durchführung von Gremiensitzungen etc. bereitest du vor bzw. steuerst sie.
• Briefings: Außerdem kümmerst du dich um projektbezogene Informationen, planst Briefings und führst diese durch.

Your Skillset

• First Practical Experience in a project management environment as well as a completed education in the commercial sector or a degree in business administration, administration, or business informatics is required.
• Knowledge in Agile Methods such as Scrum, Kanban, as well as certifications in standards (e.g., PRINCE2) are required.
• Very Good Knowledge in MS Office, MS SharePoint/Teams, and competence in handling E-documents, as well as ideally JIRA/Confluence.
• Pronounced analytical and conceptual skills paired with a pronounced presentation and moderation competence as well as team spirit and leadership experience.
• Very Good German and English Skills in word and writing.
