About the Position
We are looking for a Junior Python Developer to join our team. You will work with Python, AWS, and SQL databases, among other technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python and related libraries
- Implement background task processing with Celery
- Work with cloud technologies, especially Amazon Web Services
- Manage API integration and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV)
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Pytest
- Interact with SQL and PostgreSQL databases
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to best coding practices
- Use version control systems like Git and containerization with Docker
Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Python and related libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, etc.
- Experience with Celery for background task processing.
- Experience with cloud technologies, especially Amazon Web Services (CloudWatch, Lambda, EC2, ECS etc).
- Understanding of API management and integration concepts.
- Familiarity with data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
- Experience with Pytest for writing and maintaining unit and integration tests.
- Solid understanding of working with SQL and PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience in code reviews and adherence to best coding practices.
- Familiar with version control systems like Git and containerization using Docker.
- At least Intermediate level of English for communication and documentation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with RabbitMQ (or other message-broker software).
- Exposure to database technologies like Redis.
