Junior Recruiter (German-speaking)

About the Position

We are seeking a Junior Recruiter (German-speaking) to join our dynamic team in Pristina, Kosovo. This role involves managing the recruitment process and identifying top talent.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the entire recruitment process for various departments, ensuring a quick and efficient candidate experience.
• Conduct interviews and identify the best talent for our team.
• Manage applicants and coordinate appointments between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a strategic partner for our departments and provide professional support in recruiting.
• Monitor current recruiting trends and contribute ideas for further development of our hiring strategies.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of German (mandatory).
• Experience in recruiting, ideally in an international company.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a dynamic environment.
• Structured working style and the ability to motivate and inspire people.
