About the Position
Junior Recruiter / HR Assistant
RetroStyle Games is a team of passionate professionals united by a love for games and a shared goal. We’re growing, launching new projects, and looking for someone who can help us find talented specialists and expand our horizons.
Experience isn’t required - but you’ll stand out if you:
- Love games and have a general understanding of how they’re made and who’s involved in the process,
- Know what a recruiter does and why their role is important in a team,
- Speak English at an Intermediate level or above,
- Can work with large amounts of information, analyze it, and keep it organized,
- Are eager to learn, grow, and gain real experience in gamedev - side-by-side with a mentor.
Responsibilities
- Assist in closing vacancies of different levels together with our HR team,
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, and professional platforms,
- Review resumes and portfolios, reach out to candidates, and conduct initial interviews,
- Help with hiring analytics and reporting.
