Junior Regulatory & Safety Associate

City: Warszawa, Poland

In Research and Development, we are a team of highly skilled talents, including Scientists, Engineers, Medical, Clinical, and Regulatory professionals, all working to create a cleaner, healthier world. We are seeking a Junior Regulatory & Safety Associate to join our dynamic team in Poland & Baltics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance of Household category (Detergent, Biocidal, and General products) throughout their lifecycle for Poland & Baltics.
• Review and approve artwork, labels, and advertising materials from a regulatory perspective, providing recommendations for improvement where necessary.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and assess their impact on products and business activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and internal requirements across all business processes.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, R&D, Quality, Supply, and Commercial teams, as well as external partners and contractors.
• Enhance regulatory knowledge within the team by sharing learnings and best practices from projects applicable across brands and countries.
• Maintain product information in relevant databases, including TDS, Quality One, and Brandworks, as well as internal regulatory systems and databases.

Requirements

• Academic degree level in Chemistry, Biological Science, or equivalent.
• Around 1-2 years of experience working within a Regulatory Affairs environment either in the Chemical industry or Governmental.
• Ability to understand and interpret directives and regulatory guidelines and communicate them effectively to the relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure while ensuring task execution and adherence to deadlines.
• Developing business acumen and commercial awareness, with a view to understanding product lifecycle management.
• Capacity for insight into consumer needs and expectations.
• Eagerness to collaborate, build partnerships, and continuously innovate.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.
