Junior Sales - Dutch and French speaking

About the Position

We're looking for a junior professional with some experience in sales in tech to join Mind OSS - an Embedded Linux consultancy from Leuven.

• Profile: Junior sales (1-3 years in sales) with ideally expertise in interim staffing and professional staffing in ICT. You are driven by prospecting and bringing new customers onboard.
• Languages: Ideally, you speak English, Dutch, and French fluently.
• Location: You live at a commutable distance to our office in Heverlee.
• Office/remote: Hybrid, 4 days/week working from HQ and/or visiting clients onsite, 1 day/week can be remote.
• Background: Preferably experience in the high-tech industry. General technical knowledge and being interested in hardware or software topics is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and bring in clients in smart home, telecom, aerospace, and other high-tech domains, both locally and internationally.
• Market research and analysis to observe industry trends, the competitive landscape, and potential areas for business growth.
• Participate in local or international events.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience (prospecting, customer acquisition, etc.) in the ICT or software business (ideally in outsourcing, consulting, or interim staffing business).
• Result-driven and passionate about bringing new clients. You will be the key contact for R&D directors, startup CEOs, managers, and senior engineers!
• Clear communicator, not afraid of difficult negotiations, structured approach.
• Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
• You are a people’s person, able to develop good connections with the team and clients.
• A sense of humor is important.
