About the Job
Support new and existing clients in the field of Consumer Insights, Advanced Analytics, and Innovation to achieve the planned revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Proactively search for new clients and opportunities on the market.
This is a maternity cover role (fixed-term for 12-18 months with the possibility of extension).
Responsibilities

Sales: Sell Analytics, Consumer Insights, and Innovation, successfully assess the needs of our clients, and proactively offer solutions to achieve sales targets.
- Proactive business development to achieve target objectives (financial and commercial).
- Partnering with the local Account Development team to understand client needs and priorities (joint business planning).
- Scope projects responsibly to meet SA&I sales and profitability targets and ensure feasibility by partnering with the Solution expert, Customer Success, and Operations teams.

Client Engagement: Engage with clients and secure customer satisfaction by answering their concerns and questions.

Portfolio Awareness: Build SA&I portfolio awareness in and outside of the organization by presenting at conferences, clients, and internal events.

Market Opportunities: Execute on the business plan as well as proactively search for opportunities in the market, offering suggestions for improvement, and gathering client requirements from commercial teams.

Sales Planning: Participate in the preparation of sales plans and budgets for the respective market. Manage the pipeline and provide weekly input for forecasting sales.

Professional Development: Continuously work on further professional development and adoption of technical knowledge related to NIQ tools and services.

Analysis and Recommendations: Use NielsenIQ processes and tools to provide proactive and integrated analysis for customers, make recommendations, and proposals.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments in NielsenIQ.

Compliance: Be compliant and responsive to financial discipline rules and other reporting needs by using the appropriate NielsenIQ tools. Ensure internal processes are followed, including adherence to tracking customer and transactional information in the CRM system and other sales and operational processes.
Requirements
- Experience: 6-12 months of experience in Analytics and/or Consumer Insights.
- Languages: Speaking and writing in Polish and English fluently.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in economics, behavioral sciences, statistics, or a related area.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and logical skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions.
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes.
- Able to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Competent negotiator with good influencing skills.
