With our diverse, international team, CopeCart is already active in numerous countries and offers vendors a true full-service platform: from product upload and sales to payment processing and accounting to comprehensive statistical analysis - whether e-books, coaching programs, online seminars, or tickets.

And this is where you come in: As a Junior Sales Manager, you are the one who convinces new vendors of this vision and makes CopeCart grow further.
Responsibilities
- Independent management of the entire sales process - from the first contact to the successful deal closure
- Handling and qualification of inbound and outbound leads as well as active new customer acquisition through cold calling
- Conducting initial meetings for needs analysis and conducting convincing closing calls with decision-makers in the B2B environment
- Maintenance, documentation, and structured management of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Building and maintaining long-term vendor relationships as well as active networking within the industry
- Close cooperation with Customer Success for structured handovers and successful implementation of new customers
- Participation in events and activities for customer acquisition and positioning of CopeCart in the market
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree - e.g., Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or similar
- 2-3 years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the digital B2B SaaS, FinTech, or E-Commerce environment
- Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales
- Confident handling of CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
- Structured, independent, and performance-oriented working style
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills
- Very good German language skills as well as solid English language skills in speech and writing

Compensation with real upside | Fixed salary up to 45,000 Euro annually - supplemented by a performance-based commission that directly relates to your results.
