About the Position
Junior Sales Manager*in
Munich, Bavaria
Qwello is on a mission to revolutionize the charging infrastructure. We are committed to transitioning the world from combustion engines to electric mobility. We design, build, and operate our own charging infrastructure in public spaces. Our approach is characterized by simplicity, user orientation, and technical excellence.
We value diversity in thinking, backgrounds, and approaches and foster a culture of belonging. We believe that the best products are created by outstanding teams – not by individual superstars. Be part of shaping the e-mobility of tomorrow!
As we continue to expand our charging infrastructure, we are now looking for a Junior Sales Manager*in to drive the growth of our charging network in Germany. Ideally, you will be based near one of our offices in Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich.
Responsibilities

- Customer Meetings & Presentations: Coordinate and conduct customer and coordination meetings (mainly remote), prepare presentations, and ensure structured follow-up.
- Tenders & Award Procedures: Research and evaluate relevant public and private tenders, and actively participate in the creation, coordination, and timely submission of our applications and offers.
- Contract Management: Review and comment on draft contracts, permits, and cooperation agreements from a sales perspective, and coordinate open issues with internal contacts.
- Pipeline & CRM: Consistently maintain leads and sales activities in our CRM system, ensuring transparency regarding next steps, deadlines, and closing probabilities.
- Needs Analysis & Consulting: Understand the requirements of our customers and develop suitable solutions for the setup and operation of public charging infrastructure together with internal departments.
- Market & Competitor Monitoring: Observe developments in the field of electromobility and charging infrastructure, identify resulting sales opportunities, and bring relevant market and customer insights into collaboration with our Business Development.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree with an economic or comparable background.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in sales, ideally in B2G, B2B, project, or solution sales.
- Ideally, initial professional experience or solid knowledge in the field of electromobility, charging infrastructure, energy industry, or a closely related environment.
- Ideally, initial experience with public tenders, award procedures, offer processes, and/or sales to municipalities and other public clients.
- Good commercial understanding and the ability to quickly grasp technical and economic relationships.
- Proficient use of CRM systems and common office applications.
- German at native speaker level in speech and writing.
- English at a negotiation level, as you will regularly work with international colleagues.
Nice to Have
- Experience with public procurement.
- B2B sales experience.
- Project management skills.
We Offer
- Flat hierarchies with efficient decision-making processes without bureaucracy.
- The opportunity to play a key role in shaping the mobility revolution.
- Become part of an international and dynamic team with more than 30 nationalities.
- Enjoy a remote-friendly environment with flexible options to work from home or from one of our offices.
- Regular company and team events outside the office to disconnect from our computers and reconnect with colleagues through hikes, mountain bike tours, offsite events, and more.
- Personal and professional development through internal lunch & learn sessions, joint discussions, as well as externally offered training, courses, and conferences.
- Discounted access to Wellpass for comprehensive support in the wellness area – enjoy fitness, wellness, and mindfulness offers that help you stay balanced and full of energy.
