About the Position
3Shape, a global leader in dental and audio technology, is seeking a Junior Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations Department. This role will manage orders and requests from distributors worldwide. If you are passionate about contributing to a better world and have a knack for detail and communication, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities
- Creating sales orders for customers and handling purchase orders
- Creating and maintaining software subscriptions
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Monitoring customer accounts
- Providing data and reports to help the sales team
- Intensive communication with dealers around the world, via phone, email, or other available communication channels
- Shift-based schedule, between 7:00 and 18:00
Requirements
- Fluent English, both verbally and in writing (essential condition)
- Organized, flexible, communicative, having analytical skills
- Good at Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics AX) will be an advantage
