About the Position

Idea Digital Agency is an SEO agency with 8 years of experience working with businesses in Ukraine, Europe, and the USA. Our focus is not just SEO, but deep immersion into the client’s business and delivering results that matter.

We are currently seeking a Junior SEO Specialist who is eager to work productively and develop alongside the team.

What to Expect at the Start

Team onboarding, mentor, and team lead support during adaptation to processes;
In the first months - working on projects from various niches and markets;
Optimization for new AI and GEO requirements - we are already preparing clients for upcoming changes in search engine results.

Responsibilities

Collect and cluster semantics for projects;
Form technical tasks for copywriters based on collected keywords;
Analyze existing pages and create technical tasks for improving their optimization;
Conduct technical audits and competitive analysis;
Create monthly reports on project results;
Participate in internal SEO department meetings and gradually immerse in project processes;
Enhance your knowledge and share your experience in the internal SEO Club.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in SEO, preferably in agencies;
Knowledge of SEO basics;
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS;
Basic proficiency with Ahrefs, Serpstat, Screaming Frog/Netpeak Spider, Google Analytics, Search Console, Checktrust;
Data organization skills, experience in creating and managing spreadsheets;
Initiative and creativity.
