About the Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Software Test Developer to help us ensure the quality and reliability of our software running on PCs and 3D scanner products. You will work closely with developers and test engineers to design, execute, and automate tests while learning modern testing practices on existing frameworks. The testing will include but not limited to manual, exploratory, regression, and automated testing.
Responsibilities
- Execution of existing test cases.
- Development of new manual and automated tests as it fits.
- Generating test data, reports, and reviews.
- Act as last line support for our production line colleagues in solving complex problems affecting the production process.
- Reporting bugs and defects using tasks and bugs tracking system.
- Create test documentation using our Requirements and test management system.
- Work on continuous improvements and maintenance of our test framework.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar.
- Understanding of fundamental software testing concepts and principles.
- Basic knowledge of Windows system configuration and simple scripting (e.g., PowerShell or batch).
- Basic knowledge in programming language (C#, C++, or Python) would be an advantage.
- Understanding of hardware components and configuration.
- Analytical mindset and ability to locate and report bugs, flaws, malfunctions in a structured way.
- Capable of handling competing priorities with attention to details in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English and Polish language, both oral and written.
