About the Position

We are seeking a Junior Software Developer for our CTO Taskforce in Münster, focusing on travel-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions for travel-related projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Implement and optimize software using modern development practices.

Requirements

• Excellent academic background: Degree in Computer Science, Economics Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
• Programming skills: Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Golang, Java, PHP, C#, etc.).
• Linux/DevOps knowledge: Strong understanding of Linux and DevOps practices.
• High learning capability: Willingness to learn and apply new technologies and programming languages.
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with declarative AI: Familiarity with using declarative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor AI, JetBrains Junie) for automating development tasks, creating new features, and explaining code.
• Self-motivation and discipline: High level of self-motivation and discipline.
• Communication skills: Strong communication skills and an ability to work well with others to develop optimal technical solutions.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in German and English.
