Junior Specialist in Brand Management Department

About the Position

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the planning and implementation of internal and external events (meetings, workshops, conferences, team events, etc.);
• Ensure a smooth on-site event experience by providing real-time coordination and support;
• Assist in managing and maintaining event-related documentation, including participant lists, invitations, and surveys;
• Collaborate closely with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams to bring events to life;
• Support and contribute to budget tracking and post-event analysis to continuously improve event outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in event management, communication, marketing, business management, or a related field;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
• Any experience in event organization is a strong advantage;
• Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Salary

The salary offered for this position ranges from 1,250–1,850 € gross per year.
