About the Position
We're seeking a Junior / Strong Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting vacancies and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and providing feedback.
Responsibilities
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process - from posting vacancies and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and providing feedback.
- Communicate with managers to understand position requirements and company needs.
- Build a talent pipeline and maintain candidate databases in the ATS.
- Take part in optimizing recruitment processes and improving the candidate experience.
- Learn and apply modern sourcing tools and best recruitment practices.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Interest in the IT market and motivation to grow as a recruiter.
- English - intermediate or higher.
- A proactive and positive attitude - we value curiosity and initiative!
