About the Position

We are seeking a Junior / Strong Junior Recruiter to join our team. This role involves supporting the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting vacancies and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and providing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process - from posting vacancies and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and providing feedback.
• Communicate with managers to understand position requirements and company needs.
• Build a talent pipeline and maintain candidate databases in the ATS.
• Take part in optimizing recruitment processes and improving the candidate experience.
• Learn and apply modern sourcing tools and best recruitment practices.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in the IT market and motivation to grow as a recruiter.
• English - intermediate or higher.
• A proactive and positive attitude - we value curiosity and initiative!
