Our team is expanding rapidly and we are looking for a Junior Supplier Verification Specialist in Tbilisi!
Responsibilities
- Add new subcontractors and update carrier profiles in the ERP system;
- Verify and maintain compliance documents;
- Investigate potential fraud cases and assess fake-subcontractor risks;
- Create supplier profiles, enter and update bank details, contact persons, and core data in the ERP system;
- Evaluate subcontractor performance and assign risk scores;
- Implement and maintain Know Your Customer/Carrier (KYC) procedures;
- Prepare carrier liability statements and monitor secure/high-risk parking locations.
Requirements
- Ready to work full time from Monday to Friday from the office;
- Experience working with Transportation Management Systems or claims management systems;
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and confident in preparing and maintaining official documentation;
- Fluent in English (B2 level or higher), knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage;
- Resilient under pressure, results-driven, quick to learn, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical thinking skills;
- Good understanding of transport dispatching, fleet management, ADR regulations, and customs procedures for cross-border transportation.
