About the Position
We are looking for a Junior System Administrator with experience in Windows Server, network setup, and PC hardware troubleshooting to join our team in Prague.
Responsibilities
- Support and advise users
- Support and initial troubleshoot network issues
- Setting up and administering of Desktop PC on Windows 11
- Support and maintenance of existing infrastructure and services
Requirements
- Experience with Windows 10
- Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019 (AD, GPO, FS, DHCP, etc.) - basic level
- Experience with initial diagnostics and troubleshooting of various equipment
- Experience in supporting or basic understanding of setting up local networks and network equipment
- Experience in upgrading, replacing, and troubleshooting PC hardware components
- Ability to work in a team, communication skills, diligence, attentiveness, initiative, and a strong desire to understand a variety of IT services and applications
Nice to Have
- Experience with version control systems (Git, Perforce, etc.)
- Experience of using monitoring systems (Zabbix)
