About the Position

Зміст роботи:
- Забезпечення безперебійної роботи та адміністрування ІТ-інфраструктури на базі ПЗ Microsoft.
- Впровадження нових ІТ-систем.
- Технічна підтримка користувачів. Виконання регламентів обслуговування.
- Підтримка актуальності експлуатаційної документації.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth operation and administration of IT infrastructure based on Microsoft software.
- Implementing new IT systems.
- Providing technical support to users. Performing maintenance regulations.
- Keeping operational documentation up-to-date.
Requirements
Professional Competencies
- Knowledge of building corporate services based on Microsoft software.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems, Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, terminal services, print service.
- Preferred experience in user support and office equipment setup (computers, phones, printers, scanners).
- Mastery of network construction theory.
- Knowledge of the basic principles of virtual environments.
