Junior Talent Sourcer/Inbound Recruiter

The recruitment department at Core is expanding, and we are looking for a Junior Talent Sourcer / Inbound Recruiter to join one of our 6 teams that fills key positions in the digital sector 💼

We have flexible management-constantly testing new methods of work, automating processes, and open to employee initiatives. In this role, you will have a wide range of opportunities for your new ideas, which we will support.

Responsibilities

• Actively search for candidates on various relevant platforms and communicate with them.
• Develop candidate search strategies (sourcing strategies).
• Process incoming applications: analyze resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments, maintain communication, enter data into CRM, provide information to recruiters, and assist in organizing interviews.

Requirements

• Experience as a Sourcer/Recruiter of at least 6 months (experience with marketing vacancies will be a plus).
• Knowledge of Boolean / X-ray search, familiarity with search, automation, and analysis programs.
• Ability to use Google Spreadsheets, CRM/ATS system.
• Literacy, understanding of copywriting basics, and the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
• High level of attentiveness and ability to work under conditions of multitasking.

• Flexible working hours with the ability to start the workday between 8:00 and 10:00 and finish between 17:00 and 19:00.
