About the Position

At Firefly, we develop and sell fire prevention solutions that help industries minimize fire risks. As the company continues to grow, we are expanding our team of Technical Project Engineers. If you have a genuine passion for technology and want to lead your own project, this is a great opportunity to combine your technical expertise with travel.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Technical Project Leader, you will be responsible for the documentation of customer-specific systems. Your duties will include:

  • Preparing system documentation and drawings
  • Performing technical calculations and risk assessments to ensure safe and seamless implementation

As you gain more experience, you will:

  • Coordinate with sales, production, and service teams
  • Support customers directly during project implementation, often on-site within Poland and Europe
  • Travel around 30–40 days per year, giving you the chance to build strong customer relationships and see your projects come to life firsthand

The role may also involve process and quality monitoring, including KPIs and presentation creation, as well as providing general support to the department.

Requirements

To be successful in your role, we see that you have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
  • Experience working with AutoCAD or SolidWorks
  • Understanding of electrical drawings
  • A valid driver's license
  • Fluency in Polish or Czech, proficiency in English

We would prefer that you have some experience in the manufacturing or construction industries.
