Responsibilities

As a Junior Technical Project Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing system documentation and drawings
• Performing technical calculations and risk assessments to ensure safe and seamless implementation
• Coordinating with sales, production, and service teams
• Supporting customers directly during project implementation, often on-site within Poland and Europe
• Process and quality monitoring, including KPIs and presentation creation
• Providing general support to the department

Requirements

To be successful in your role, we see that you have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• Experience working with AutoCAD or SolidWorks
• Understanding of electrical drawings
• A valid driver's license
• Fluency in Polish or Czech, proficiency in English

Nice to Have

• Experience in the manufacturing or construction industries
