About the Position
Junior Technical Proposal Engineer (all genders)
meteocontrol GmbH, a leading developer of independent energy management systems, is seeking a Junior Technical Proposal Engineer to join our team in Adlershof, Berlin, DE. This role involves contributing to the development of customized solutions for photovoltaic systems.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of customer-specific offers for the control and monitoring of photovoltaic systems, considering commercial and technical requirements
- Close collaboration with the sales team throughout the entire offer process
- Participation in the development of solution concepts and coordination with various internal departments
- Presentation of offers and solution concepts to customers together with the responsible sales colleagues
- Support in the continuous development of our solutions by contributing your own ideas and sharing customer feedback
Requirements
- Completed degree or technical vocational training, ideally with initial professional experience in a comparable environment
- Basic knowledge in measurement, control, and communication technology or in the field of photovoltaics is advantageous
- Proactive mindset, independent working style, and enthusiasm for contributing your own ideas
- Interest in offer creation and management, as well as a strong customer orientation
- Basic commercial knowledge is advantageous
- Very good German and English language skills
- Team spirit, hands-on mentality, and a pragmatic approach to challenges
