Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate training at the international level;
- Administer and maintain the electronic training platform;
- Manage training-related documentation;
- Collaborate and communicate with customers and instructors;
- Contribute to the improvement and optimization of training processes.
Requirements
- Higher education degree;
- Fluent English language skills (at least B2 level; knowledge of the Spanish language – advantage);
- Work experience with organizing and coordinating training (highly appreciated);
- Ability to work across different time zones;
- Strong time management and communication skills;
- Team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks;
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.
