Junior+/Middle C++ Developer

We are seeking a Junior+/Middle C++ Developer with 1+ year of commercial experience to join our team in Gdansk, Poland, or remotely. Develop new features and collaborate closely with clients and partners.

About the Project

This is a trading technology provider OMS/EMS, specializing in automation and innovation, focusing on software and services such as algorithmic trading, intelligent order routing, and liquidity internalization. The company uses its data-driven architecture to support the demands of electronic trading markets, combining decision-making tools with AI/ML support and dynamic market access with a zero-downtime deployment approach.

Responsibilities

• Development of new features
• Close collaboration with clients and partners
• Work with FIX and binary trading protocols
• Handling a wide variety of markets, brokers, liquidity providers, and banks
• Support of existing product in the pre-production and post-production stages
• Refactoring of existing services and applications for proven designs

Requirements

• 1+ years of commercial experience in C++ development
• Experience with Linux platforms
• Understanding of OOP and design patterns

Nice to Have

• Experience with shell scripting
• Cross-platform development and code optimization skills
• Ability to mentor others
• Experience with financial projects (corporate forex and equity trading)
• Conversational English
