About the Position
Middle User Acquisition Specialist | Honeytech
We are currently seeking a User Acquisition Specialist to join our product IT company, Honeytech. Honeytech is a dynamic, fast-growing project in the webcomics industry, producing unique content and already becoming #1 in its niche. Imagine Netflix, but for comics - in just a few years, we’ve gathered over 15 million users, challenged giants from South Korea, and proven that it’s possible to build a world-class product from Ukraine.
Remote Full-Time | User Acquisition
Responsibilities
As a User Acquisition Specialist, your challenges will include:
- Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta.
- Managing six-figure monthly budgets in Tier-1 markets.
- Analyzing performance and working with key metrics.
- Testing product and marketing hypotheses.
- Scaling successful funnels and discontinuing underperforming ones.
- Maintaining documentation and reporting.
- Improving and optimizing operational processes.
Requirements
Must have:
- At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing on Meta.
- Experience managing marketing budgets of $100K+ per month.
- Strong understanding of key marketing metrics (CPA, CR, CPC, LTV, ROMI, etc.) and the ability to analyze and assess the impact of actions on them.
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with gray niches.
- Experience with various automation tools and approaches.
- Confident use of Tableau or Looker Studio.
- Experience using AI tools in daily work (e.g., Claude, Grok, etc.).
