Jurisdiction Lead (International Jurisdictions)

About the Position

We are currently looking for a Jurisdiction Lead (International Jurisdictions) who will provide full and correct legal support to companies in a given jurisdiction at all stages of their activities.

Responsibilities

• Full legal, corporate support for companies in a given jurisdiction.
• Registration of legal entities “from scratch”.
• Opening and maintenance of bank accounts.
• Preparation, verification, and maintenance of contracts, invoices, and other documents under agreements.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislation and regulatory practice.
• Supervision of the work of subordinate lawyers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the field of company registration and support. Knowledge of contract and corporate law.
• Practical experience in opening and supporting bank accounts.
• English at level B2 and above.
• Ability to work with a large volume of documents and requests.
• Independence in making legal decisions within the scope of competence.
• Skills in coordinating and monitoring the work of other lawyers.
• Punctuality, attentiveness, and responsibility.
• Higher legal education.
