About the Position

LFT Advisors – an international consulting company, providing comprehensive legal, financial, and fintech solutions for businesses. We help corporate clients register companies in various jurisdictions, open bank accounts, and optimize processes.

We are currently looking for a Jurisdiction Lead (Юрлід) who will ensure full and correct legal support for companies in a specific jurisdiction at all stages of their activities.

Responsibilities

Full legal and corporate support for companies in the assigned jurisdiction.
Registration of legal entities from scratch.
Opening and maintaining bank accounts.
Preparation, verification, and support of contracts, invoices, and other transaction documents.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislation and regulatory practices.
Supervising the work of subordinate lawyers.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in the field of company registration and support.
Knowledge of contract and corporate law.
Practical experience in opening and maintaining bank accounts.
English language proficiency at B2 level and above.
Ability to handle a large volume of documents and requests.
Independence in making legal decisions within the scope of competence.
Coordination and supervision skills.
Punctuality, attentiveness, and responsibility.
Higher legal education.

Standard working hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 (Kyiv time).
