About the Position

Veolia Eau, a global leader in water services, is seeking a Juriste Droit Privé to join our team in Aubervilliers, France. This role involves managing contracts, data privacy, consumer rights, and intellectual property.

Responsibilities

• Contract Law: Negotiate, draft, and review all types of purchase contracts (services and supplies) with suppliers and subcontractors, IT contracts, service contracts with industrial clients, sponsorship agreements, etc.
• Data Privacy (GDPR): Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Consumer Law: Address consumer-related legal matters.
• Intellectual Property: Manage intellectual property, including trademarks.
• Advisory: Provide legal advice and support to operational teams on all private law matters.
• Litigation: Manage and monitor private law litigation and expertise, as well as criminal litigation.
• Documentation: Draft thematic notes and contribute to the drafting of internal legal information letters.

Requirements

• Education: Master 2 in Business Law / Contract Law.
• Experience: At least 5-6 years of experience in private business law within a legal department or law firm.
