Responsibilities

• Assistance in launching and supporting teams working with Kanban
• Support and configuration of the work environment and tools for effective project management
• Assistance to teams in backlog management, task setting, adherence to Definition of Done (DoD), workflow, and Agile methodologies
• Organization and conduct of operational meetings (Daily, Grooming, Planning, Status Meetings, Retrospectives)
• Maintenance of up-to-date process documentation, team rules, and internal regulations
• Assistance in coordinating interactions between team members and escalation of risks or blockers
• Monitoring task completion, adherence to processes, and timely status updates
• Participation in team and process effectiveness analysis and preparation of improvement proposals
• Assistance in onboarding new employees and familiarizing them with agency processes
• Preparation of reports and visualization of key process metrics (Lead Time, Flow Efficiency, Burndown Chart, Velocity Chart, Cumulative Flow Diagram, Lead Time Distribution) with the manager

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience with Kanban
• Knowledge of the project lifecycle
• Experience in project documentation
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and tasks simultaneously
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Active listening and constructive feedback skills
