About the Position
We are seeking a Category Manager for our leading online store in Kyiv, focusing on sales and product development.
Responsibilities
- Development of assortment and pricing policies based on market needs and trends
- Attracting key suppliers to cooperation
- Ensuring the profitability of the product category
- Initiating and participating in the development of marketing activities to promote product direction
- Management, task setting, and control of procurement staff
- Full range of work with counterparties, development of contacts with existing suppliers
Requirements
- Successful experience of 2+ years in a similar position in online sales
- Experience and practical skills in contract work
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques
- Experience in organizing and conducting procurement
- Knowledge of the product range (desirable)
- Skills in working with a large number of product items
- Experience working in 1C
- Experience working with web analytics systems (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika, etc.)
- Knowledge of channels, proficiency in online product promotion methods and evaluation of their effectiveness
- Experience working with a large number of suppliers
