Location: Алматы, Казахстан

We are looking for a Category Manager to join our international team. In this role, you will manage product assortments, negotiate with suppliers, and drive sales growth.

What You Will Do

• Manage gadgets, smartphones, and product assortment matrix, as well as the product lifecycle;
• Interact with suppliers in the assigned category regarding assortment, prices, and commercial terms;
• Be responsible for analytics, market analysis, pricing, and sales management in categories;
• Ensure the growth of the assigned category's turnover; achieve the planned category margin;
• Control the representation of categories on the website and distribute products to network outlets;
• Manage inventory, ensure the necessary stock levels in the company warehouse, and optimize turnover rates (in collaboration with the central commercial team).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in category management – smartphones, gadgets (preferred);
• Experience in forming product matrices;
• Experience in finding new suppliers and successfully introducing new in-demand products into the assortment, procurement;
• Knowledge of the basic principles of procurement, retail sales, marketing, and merchandising;
• Understanding of pricing strategies, analysis of key commercial indicators.
