EFBE, headquartered in Waltrop, has been a leading, independent testing laboratory specializing in mechanical tests of bicycles, e-bikes, and their components since 1995. Since July 2025, EFBE has been part of the SGS Group Germany.

Responsibilities

• Creation and management of orders – from quotation to invoicing
• Contribution to test reports and preparation of customer results
• Organization of incoming goods and recording of test parts including product photos
• Maintenance of the item master in the ERP system
• Execution of general accounting, as well as support of the team with general organizational tasks

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (Kauffrau/Kaufmann for office management, wholesale and foreign trade, industrial commerce) or long-standing professional experience in the commercial sector
• Customer-oriented, discreet, and communicative demeanor
• Structured, conscientious work approach with a fondness for organizational tasks
• Interest in bicycles and e-bikes is advantageous
• Proficient use of MS Office and good German (B2 level) and English skills (at least B2 level)
