About Us
The digital future of medium-sized construction companies is shaped with bps software. Are you in?
For around 30 years, we have been developing software solutions that help construction companies plan, manage, and successfully implement their projects efficiently. Today, we are one of the leading providers of complete solutions for the construction industry in the medium-sized sector. As "digital foremen," we know our customers' challenges in detail and develop solutions that really work in everyday life. We think along, get involved, and ensure that digitalization on the construction site and in the office is not just a buzzword but creates real added value.
But behind every good software are people. Around 75 committed employees bring their knowledge, ideas, and personality to bps. Together, we work to make our customers more successful while continuously developing our company. As an owner-managed company, short decision-making processes, pragmatic solutions, and a trusting mutual cooperation are particularly important to us. We believe that the best ideas arise where people take responsibility, think along, and actively shape. That's why we give you the opportunity to have an influence, contribute your own ideas, and actively shape the future of bps. We attach great importance to cooperation on equal footing. Respect, openness, and honest feedback are just as important to us as mutual support and a strong team spirit. Because we are convinced: Work is most fun when you work together towards a goal and can rely on each other.
If you are eager to move forward with us and become part of an innovative company that drives the digitalization of the construction industry, we look forward to getting to know you!
