About the Position

We are a growing self-publishing company with multiple pen names across non-fiction categories on Amazon KDP (US and UK markets). We are looking for an experienced KDP Virtual Assistant to take ownership of our review management and ARC team coordination as we scale our publishing pipeline.

This is a part-time, ongoing position (15–20 hours per week) with potential to expand as our book portfolio grows. You will be working directly with our publishing team on a steady stream of new releases, not one-off projects.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow our ARC reader teams across multiple pen names
Coordinate outreach to readers, book bloggers, and review communities
Track review activity, response rates, and reader engagement using spreadsheets or CRM tools
Maintain detailed logs and reporting for each title and pen name
Follow our internal playbook for new book launches and onboard new titles into the existing review process
Stay current with Amazon KDP best practices and platform changes

Requirements

Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Amazon KDP (not Amazon FBA - these are different)
Proven track record managing ARC teams or review communities for self-published authors or publishers
Strong written English (B2 or above) - you will be communicating with readers in US/UK markets
High attention to detail and reliable tracking discipline
Familiarity with Amazon KDP terms of service and current platform dynamics

Nice to Have

Experience with multiple pen names or publishing imprints
Existing relationships with ARC reader networks or book reviewer communities
Background in non-fiction self-help, journals, or activity books
