This role is pivotal for shaping recruitment strategies and enhancing the company's talent pool. The ideal candidate will be a business-minded leader who thrives on influencing company outcomes through quality hires.
Responsibilities
- Develop the recruitment team (up to 10 specialists)
- Formulate and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities
- Partner with department heads as an expert and authority on talent acquisition
- Participate in M&A projects: scaling teams and business integration
- Enhance onboarding as a tool for rapid adaptation and retention
- Strengthen the employer brand and candidate experience
- Build a professional network and active company presence in the talent market
- Utilize data and digital tools to improve recruitment efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in managing talent acquisition and building recruitment strategies
- Experience with complex recruitment challenges
- Strong professional network and ability to build long-term relationships with candidates
- Experience with modern recruitment tools
- Strategic thinking and results orientation
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
