We are seeking a Logistics Director to lead our transport logistics team in Kyiv, ensuring seamless service and budget optimization.

Responsibilities

• Forming and implementing approaches to the development of transport logistics in line with business goals.
• Ensuring effective organization of transportation and movement processes.
• Managing operational activities and coordinating with related departments.
• Controlling and optimizing logistics costs and managing the budget effectively.
• Organizing the work of the vehicle fleet: planning, efficient use, and updating.
• Interacting with transport service providers and monitoring contract compliance.
• Initiating and implementing changes in logistics processes, including automation.
• Managing the team: setting goals, development, and performance evaluation.
• Participating in decision-making to improve logistics processes at the company level.

Requirements

• Service orientation: understanding the role of transport logistics in shaping positive external client experiences and ensuring uninterrupted service levels.
• Experience in managing transport logistics processes.
• Experience in effectively managing a team.
• Experience with budgets and cost optimization.
• Strong managerial skills and systems thinking.
• Results-oriented and adaptable to change.
• Ability to build partnerships with related functions, unite the team around common goals, and ensure constructive communication.
