Your Future Functionality
- Management of Bank projects, facilitating their timely and successful implementation.
- Preparation and submission of reports on the status of project execution.
- Support and improvement of project activity processes.
- Support and improvement of the Corporate Project Management System.
Our Candidate Should Have
- Education: higher (economics, technical, or in the field of exact sciences), qualification level – specialist or master.
- Experience in project management – at least 2 years.
- Knowledge of project activity standards and practical experience in using project management systems and project portfolios, tools for automating project management processes.
- Knowledge of banking processes.
- Knowledge of computer programs: MS Office, SharePoint – confident user level. Skills and experience with JIRA, Confluence in project activities (preferred). Experience in developing the architecture of technical solutions and implementing systems, understanding the principles of building and operating databases.
- English language proficiency – at least upper-intermediate level.
- High level of responsibility, excellent communication skills, ability to lead, purposefulness, result-oriented and client-oriented.
- Experience in financial monitoring / compliance and/or support of automation or optimization projects in this area.
- Experience in managing IT projects, supporting and developing technical tasks, business process schemes, conducting business analysis and testing software products.
- Understanding of the principles of applying statistical models, developing and automating management reporting, ability to build dashboards, prepare presentations.
