Responsibilities
- Leading the energy sector, coordinating all projects related to energy infrastructure.
- Analyzing public policy, including the development of strategies and implementation of regulatory initiatives to improve the efficiency of the energy sector.
- Engaging with stakeholders, including government agencies, international partners, businesses, NGOs, and experts to advocate for necessary reforms.
- Ensuring the effective work of the team of analysts and experts.
- Monitoring and analyzing current changes in energy legislation, preparing proposals for their improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the energy sector or related fields, including managerial positions.
- In-depth knowledge of Ukrainian and European energy legislation.
- Experience in developing and implementing public policies in the energy sector.
- Excellent team management and communication skills.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
- Proactivity, strategic thinking, and responsibility.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with international organizations and donors.
- Knowledge of modern trends in the energy sector, particularly renewable energy sources.
- Experience in implementing innovative projects in the energy sector.
