About the Position
3DTECH is a Ukrainian company that creates innovative unmanned technologies for reconnaissance, defense, and protection of the country. We are developing and manufacturing FPV drones and are actively expanding. Our goal is to strengthen Ukraine's technological advantage on the battlefield.
We are currently looking for a Sales Department Head who will elevate our solutions to a new level in Ukraine and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans and KPIs for B2B, B2G, and international markets
- Formulate pricing policies and commercial terms
- Analyze the market, competitors, and potential clients (Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ministry of Defense, partners, private sector)
- Build and manage the sales team: set goals, monitor performance
- Negotiate with key clients and representatives of defense structures (Ukrainian and international)
- Collaborate with production, logistics, finance, and legal teams to fulfill contracts
- Prepare commercial proposals, tender documentation, and contracts
- Participate in exhibitions, forums, and B2B meetings
- Actively expand the client base
- Optimize sales-related costs
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience managing a sales department (miltech experience is a plus)
- Higher business education
- Proficiency in digital tools: MS Office, CRM, Google Sheets
- Strategic thinking and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of export control, military standards, and certification
- System thinking, leadership, analytical skills, stress resistance
- English proficiency at the negotiation level
