Main Tasks
- Leading the team of project managers: setting tasks, controlling deadlines, support, and development.
- Optimizing internal processes and interactions between departments.
- Implementing modern management tools and automating reporting.
- Quality control of the service: compliance with SLA, availability of resources, timely task completion.
- Working with clients: resolving requests, conducting negotiations, resolving critical situations.
- Participating in negotiations with partners: changes in projects, service expansion, client support.
- Budgeting and financial reporting on projects and expenses.
