We are looking for a Head of Legal Department who will be responsible for ensuring the company's legal safety and managing the department's activities.
Responsibilities
- Development, analysis, and support of company contracts and agreements.
- Verification and coordination of contract terms, compliance with legislation.
- Participation in negotiations with counterparties regarding contractual terms.
- Preparation of legal opinions and consultations on contractual work.
- Maintenance of a register and control of contract execution.
- Risk analysis and development of recommendations for reducing legal threats.
- Development and improvement of standard contract forms and internal legal documents.
- Interaction with government agencies and legal support of claims and lawsuits.
- Legal support of financial and business transactions.
- Advising internal company divisions on legal issues.
- Identification and minimization of legal risks in contractual obligations.
- Support of intellectual property and copyright issues in contracts.
- Knowledge in the field of public procurement (will be an advantage).
Requirements
- Higher legal education.
- Experience in working with contractual documentation for at least 3 years.
- Knowledge of commercial, civil, and corporate law.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing contracts in the international legal field.
- Ability to negotiate and defend the company's interests in contractual relationships.
- High level of independence, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with internal and external counterparties.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
