About the Position

We are seeking a Hotel Network Manager to oversee hotel operations in Ukraine and Slovenia, ensuring high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of Hotel Network: Managing hotel activities in Ukraine and abroad, ensuring effective interaction between departments.
• Organization and Control of Personnel Work: Implementing standards, quality control of services, coordinating teamwork.
• Selection, Training, and Development of Employees: Forming a professional team, enhancing staff qualifications.
• Ensuring High Level of Service: Adhering to corporate standards, improving guest service quality.
• Monitoring the Market and Competitive Environment: Analyzing trends, identifying opportunities for improving operational processes.

Requirements

• Mandatory Experience in managing a hotel network.
• English Language at B1-B2 level.
• Preferred experience in international or large hotel networks.
• Developed Leadership and Organizational Skills.

Salary and Conditions

• Competitive Salary: From 3500 EUR, the final level is negotiable depending on experience.

• Office in Kyiv + willingness to travel.
