Job Title: National Key Account Executive (KAE)
Function: Commercial
Sub Function: National Key Account (KA)
City & Country: Tokyo, Japan
Role Summary
・主要取引先となるCVS各アカウントとの良好なビジネスリレーションシップを構築し、各アカウントと合意されたビジネスプラン（キャンペーンプラン、ディストリビューションプラン、インストアマーチャンダイジングプランなど）の実行を通じて、販売数量/市場シェア/利益の拡大を図ります。
・日本のたばこ市場におけるCVSチャネルの販売構成比は80%以上を占めていることから、CVS各社とのビジネスを成功させることは重要であり、KAEは担当アカウントとの取り組みを実行させていく責任を持ちます。
Responsibilities

Drive the Business:
- Understand the medium to long-term strategy and decision-making processes of CVS accounts, and participate in formulating category strategies to build partnerships.
- Execute business plans for assigned accounts and optimize investment based on the company's category and commercial strategies to increase sales volume/market share/in-store presence.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (category teams, field force teams) to enhance the execution of commercial department strategies.

Account Management:
- Identify opportunities for consumer communication spaces in CVS in-store and implement marketing plans.
- Aim to establish a category leader role by contributing to sales through the tobacco category.
- Understand the role of assigned accounts based on commercial strategies, and lead the planning, negotiation, and agreement of realistic annual account plans.
- Manage efficient and effective account investment, budget, and various KPIs.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, Experiences Required
- Experience in key account management in the FMCG industry (3+ years, national chain preferred)
- Understanding of the importance of B to B relationships and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proactive leadership and ownership in executing tasks.
- Ability to clearly identify challenges and factors, and develop solutions based on company strategy.
- Ability to understand and strategically communicate complex situations through multiple perspectives.
- Data processing skills (PC) and analytical ability, primarily using POS data.
- Experience working in an international environment is a plus.
- Japanese: Native Level / English: Business Level preferred
- PC: Excel, PowerPoint
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
