Our client is a licensed Electronic Money Institution (EMI) regulated by the Bank of Lithuania, providing modern financial infrastructure for businesses and individuals. The company offers multi-currency accounts (GBP, EUR, USD, PLN), payment processing, and debit card solutions through a single platform.
Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of B2B merchants, ensuring strong relationships, stable payment performance, and long-term retention. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by optimising transaction flows, identifying expansion opportunities, and delivering high-quality payment solutions in a fast-paced fintech environment. The role involves active communication with international teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of B2B merchants
- Monitor and analyse key payment metrics such as approval rates, conversion, and transaction volumes
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements across payment methods, geographies, and configurations
- Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to expand client usage of products and markets
- Partner with internal teams (product, tech, operations) to deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct regular business reviews, providing insights and strategic recommendations
- Ensure a seamless client experience across onboarding, integration, and ongoing operations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development
- Background in fintech, payments, acquiring, PSP, or related industries
- Understanding of payment flows, merchant lifecycle, and transaction metrics
- Fluent English and Russian
- Experience working with CRM systems and data analytics tools
- Ability to manage complex client relationships and translate business needs into solutions
