Key Account Manager | NOVA Power & Gas
Location: Timisoara, Romania

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key business clients in the energy and natural gas sector
- Actively identify and prospect potential clients, as well as present and negotiate commercial offers
- Build and maintain a solid network of contacts in the industry
- Monitor and improve the satisfaction of key clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Collaborate closely with the management team and colleagues to implement sales strategies and increase market share
- Monitor and report sales results, identify growth opportunities, and recommend improvements for sales processes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in the energy and natural gas sector
- Solid knowledge of the energy market and natural gas
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with high-level clients and develop strong business relationships
- Results-oriented with the ability to achieve and exceed sales objectives
- Creativity and the ability to find pragmatic solutions for clients in a continuously evolving environment
- Advanced knowledge of using information technologies, including CRM
- Fluent knowledge of Romanian and English, both written and spoken
- Driver's license
