Location: Warszawa, Poland

We are seeking a Key Account Manager for our innovative tech company, specializing in B2B relationships on our AI e-Commerce platform.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining lasting B2B relationships with Sellers on the AI e-Commerce platform.
• Negotiating favorable terms of cooperation, ensuring the quality of Sellers' offers, including product range, prices, content on the platform, and shipping timelines. Implementing initiatives to improve these aspects.
• Planning and coordinating promotional and marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sellers to increase sales on the platform.
• Organizing joint sales actions with brands and manufacturers to maximize the reach and effectiveness of activities.
• Analyzing market and consumer trends, identifying new development opportunities, and adapting action strategies.
• Proactive and reactive contact with Sellers, acting as the first point of contact, gathering information, and negotiating product offers for promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B cooperation, especially on e-Commerce platforms.
• Experience in B2B customer service.
• Ability to acquire clients and build long-term business relationships and engagement in a distributed environment/large group of recipients.
• Knowledge of online businesses, especially e-Commerce.
• Knowledge of consumer trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive approach to tasks.
• Great work organization, even under time pressure.

• Article 6(1)(a) GDPR regarding data beyond the catalog indicated in Article 22(1) paragraph 2 of the Labor Code, for which the Company does not claim another legal basis for processing personal data.

5. Automated Processing and Artificial Intelligence (AI): In the recruitment process, we use automatic processing tools, including artificial intelligence. AI is used for the following purposes: (1) generating recommendations and assessing the degree of fit of the candidate's profile to the requirements of the position; (2) initial selection of candidate profiles according to specified keywords (used in the internship program); (3) support in processing and analyzing candidate responses to surveys; (4) support in evaluating recruitment tasks. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in conducting an efficient and effective recruitment process (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). All recruitment processes and decisions, including the decision on whether your profile meets the position requirements, are verified and made by our employees. The AI tools we use do not make autonomous or fully automated decisions within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. Assessments and pre-selections generated by AI are solely preliminary indications, which are always subject to human verification before any decision is made. We ensure that our AI tools are used with appropriate human oversight and in compliance with applicable law. You have the right to obtain information about the logic involved in the AI assessment that concerns you, as well as to request human verification of such an assessment.

6. Data Retention Period: Your personal data will be processed for a maximum of 1 year from the date of receipt of the application.

7. Your Rights: You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing. You can also exercise the right to object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. If you believe that we have not fulfilled our obligations regarding the processing of personal data, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office or another supervisory authority in a given country - in the case of locations other than Poland).

If you have given consent to the processing of your data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.
